Well, it's done. It didn't really end like I wanted it to, but it's done none the less. Now I have to figure out what to do with all my free time.
Anyway, I figured I would just post pictures to reflect this past season. They are from three meets, Flyer 5k, All- Ohio, and Prenationals.

hi matt! i remember chris telling me about his last cross country race. he said it was probably the worst race he ever ran. (until that bearcat 5k with team vd...but that doesn't count.) take a break and rest for a while - you've earned it. and then go get some wings.
